Hypnosis is a relaxed state of heightened focus and attention that we can all shift into naturally with guidance. During hypnosis the subconscious mind is more open to receive positive suggestions and affirmations for change. The subconscious mind is where we store our learned behaviours, pattern making and decision skills.

 

Hypnosis does not replace medical care or the expert advice of medical professionals. Hypnosis can be used as a compliment to most other therapies but is NOT intended to replace them.
