Girls Night In

Gather your girlfriends for a fun evening. This event can take place in the comfort of your home or at Blissful Beginnings in Bowmanville.

Our evening will consist of:
- guided meditation
- emotional release

- setting intentions for empowering ourselves
- spiritual healing & reiki
- creating a sacred salt bowl
- messages from spirit as a gallery style setting

- amazing take home gifts

The only item you will need to bring with you is something to contribute to our salt bowl. It can be anything natural such as essential oils, herbs, oats, crystals, flowers, anything with positive intentions. You can also bring a blanket, yoga mat or pillow for comfort.

We will close the night with gallery style readings, providing messages from loved ones. Janet will provide messages as they are given to her.
